The shipping price that is added is really shipping and handling. It accounts for the cost of USPS shipping, plus the cost of the package itself.

As of right now, our only way of accepting payments is as you purchase. Sorry for the inconvenience!

Would you consider running a "tab" for select customers, so one could give you an order, rather spontaneously, to send a batch to a friend, but paying by credit card at the end of each month?</description>
