During our five years in busienss, we have found only 1 out of 10 bakers is able to reproduce these thin, delicate cookies which stack up in a cellophane package requiring them to be uniform in size. The cookies are made from a dough that has to be just the right texture in order to press them out to the correct thickness. We pay bakers $2.00 per dozen and supply a few of the main ingredients. Home bakers are required to deliver the cookies in bulk to our bookstore located at 143 Broadway in the Village of Granville where we package and distribute them.
